We had the mango habanero filet tips and the meat was high quality but they did not have much flavor. There was one piece of mango and no heat. Nothing serious maybe just a personal preference. Overall pretty happy to have all my meals made for me with high quality ingredients and protein. ”

“ tl;dr - I lost 20 lbs over a 3 month period on Nutrition Solutions, going from a heavy 198 down to a much leaner, healthier 178. This was back in 2020. I'm back on it after my second daughter was born because with my two gals, eating healthy is tough when I can barely think about food. Definitely not preparing it right now, so it's either this or overeating takeout. Services like this aren't going to be for everyone - don't expect to be just blown away like you're eating some 5-star meal. BUT - in my humble opinion, it's good enough, and actually quite good most of the time. I especially enjoy the breakfasts with my coffee in the morning - I find them truly tasty. Sometimes, if I have the time, I'll open up the meal and separately heat up the portions because some things require longer and others less, and that can also improve the quality. Without a doubt, it gets the job done. Customer service can be touch and go - I had an issue with my new account and called them, and their voicemail says they'll call back within 30 minutes which, in my case, was not true. I texted, and used Messenger and Instagram DMs over the course of a day or so before I got a response. Thankfully though, my issue was fixed and the folks I interacted with were great. So for me, it's always been a great experience and a good way to reach goals quicker and easier than I otherwise would. Thanks, Chris Cavallini and team! ”
“ Really great meal plans and customer service. I'm down 11 lbs in a couple weeks on the shred plan and can't do any cardio with an injured achilles right now. Love the variety and also love the clean cheatz (probably love these a little too much). I've tried other meal prep companies and this one is a great fit for me. ”
